All of our exceptionally built, well insulated homes offer two bedrooms and one bath, along with a great room, kitchen, and eating area.  The great room has a tray ceiling with a decorative ceiling fan.  Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and large closets.  Each home has central heating and cooling, laundry center, refrigerator, dishwasher and range.  Maintenance, lawncare, water and sewer are provided by Cedars Patio Homes, LLC.

Cedars Patio Homes, LLC is conveniently located on Bell Factory Road, off either Winchester Road or Maysville Road at the intersection of Bell Factory Road and Allen Sisco Road.

Homes lease for $750 - $800 monthly with a one year lease required. The first months' rent plus a $500 security deposit due at signing.
